How to Request Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your The View account by contacting support. Please include the phone number used during registration so we can identify the account.
Data That Will Be Deleted
After we verify your request, we will delete or deactivate account data connected to your user profile, including:
- profile information;
- phone number connected to the account;
- favorite products;
- subscriptions;
- push notification tokens.
Data That May Be Kept Temporarily
Some technical logs, security records, or records required for legal obligations may be kept for a limited period when necessary. We do not use retained records for marketing after account deletion.
Processing Time
Deletion requests are usually processed within up to 30 days after we receive enough information to identify the account.
Important Notes
Deleting your account does not automatically delete messages you sent through WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, or other third-party services. Those services are controlled by their own providers.
