About The View
The View is a catalog for branded clothing, accessories, cosmetics, and jewelry. The app helps users discover products and contact a manager through WhatsApp.
Catalog Information
We try to keep product information, photos, prices, sizes, and availability accurate. However, catalog information may change and should be confirmed with a manager before purchase.
No In-App Purchases
The View does not provide in-app purchases and does not process payments inside the app. Purchases, booking, delivery, and payment details are arranged outside the app with a manager.
WhatsApp Communication
When you choose to contact a manager, the app may open WhatsApp with a prepared message about the selected product. Your use of WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp's own terms.
User Account
You may use the catalog without registration. An account may be required for favorites, subscriptions, push notifications, and profile features. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.
Favorites and Subscriptions
Favorites and subscriptions are convenience features. They do not reserve products and do not guarantee product availability.
Push Notifications
If you enable notifications, The View may send messages about new arrivals, discounts, favorites, subscriptions, and service information. You can manage notifications in device settings.
Availability of Products
Products may be sold, hidden, reserved, or removed at any time. Availability is confirmed by a manager.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an MVP basis and may change over time. To the fullest extent allowed by law, The View is not responsible for indirect losses caused by catalog errors, temporary unavailability, or third-party communication services.
